Providing targeted case management to children ages birth through 21 in Kennebec, Franklin, and Somerset Counties. They are continuing to provide behavioral health and developmental disability targeted case management under Section 13 of MaineCare Services. However, we have expanded our services to include children and young adults up to the age of 21 (instead of 12) as well as services to include Franklin county.

Warm lines provide preventative and non-emergency person-to-person support and resources. The line is staffed by professionals with expertise in inclusive practices, disabilities, children's health, social and emotional development, behavior, and early childhood mental health. All phone messages and emails will receive a response within one business day. The Inclusion Warm Line Coordinator will be the initial contact and will gather information to identify your needs, at which point you may be connected to one of the Inclusion Warm Line staff consultants with expertise in your area of need.
