Home Ownership Services - Provides pre and post purchase counseling and education in both individual and group settings. There is also an online class available. No income restrictions apply.

We also offer foreclosure intervention services and support. No income restrictions apply.

Home Repair - Provides assistance to make essential home repairs or improvements, such as roofing, siding or windows, or for health, safety and/or accessibility repairs. Income restrictions apply. If you qualify for LIHEAP (Home Energy Assistance Program) then you may also qualify for: weatherization, central heating improvement program and the above ground storage tank replacement program.

Provides overnight emergency shelter and aid to families and individuals who have a wide variety of needs besides shelter. Hours 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., 7 days a week. February 2017 new YES (Youth Empowerment Supports) program started. This will provide affordable housing for homeless youth , 18-24 years of age. Two one bedroom apartments, 4 efficiencies, and a suite of 6 single rooms with private baths, a common kitchen and shared living room. There is also space for support programs to provide opportunities for building positive life skills as well as participating in life improving programs.
